What’s New?
We have added a new report which details when an angler checked in and which member of staff checked them in.

This allows you to track your bailiffs activity, which anglers they've checked in/out and an overview of how busy they've been over a customisable period of time.

You can access this report via Reporting > Member Reports > Check In Report

Product Descriptions

You can now include a description for each of your products, helping provide more context about each product prior to an angler making their purchase online.

Why Use This Feature?

Adding a product description helps anglers:

  • Understand what’s included/excluded in a product

  • See why the product is useful or relevant to them

  • Make more informed decisions before purchasing

Product Promo Codes

You can now restrict access to individual products in your online shop by setting a promotional code. This means only anglers with the correct code will be able to view and purchase that product.

Why Use This Feature?

Adding a promo code to a product allows you to control who can see and purchase it in the online shop. This is useful if you want to:

  • Offer discounted or exclusive products to selected individuals

  • Hide a product from general availability

Only anflers with the correct promo code will be able to see and buy the product.

Sales Report by User

We have added a new Sales Report which allows you to filter membership & product sales by specific users.

This report details the total sales processed by an individual user or tackle shop, making it really easy to calculate any payable commission.

This can be found in Reporting > Accounting > Sales Report

Schedule Messages

Choose to send emails, text messages or app notifications at a specific date and time to individuals or groups, without needing to log in when it’s time to send.

Why Use This Feature?

Scheduling messages helps you communicate more effectively by allowing you to:

  • Send time-sensitive messages without needing to be online to click send

  • Plan campaigns and updates in advance

  • Deliver reminders or follow-ups at exactly the right time

Checkout Redirect URL

You can choose to either show new members the standard Clubmate confirmation page or redirect them to your own custom confirmation page once they complete the joining process.

This is especially useful for clubs or fisheries running campaigns through platforms like Facebook or Google, where conversion tracking relies on a specific URL or tracking pixel.

Why Use This Feature?

Redirecting members to your own confirmation page lets you:

  • Track successful conversions using tools like Facebook Pixel or Google Analytics

  • Measure sign-up performance from marketing campaigns

  • Display a branded or personalised message after sign-up

Once enabled, members will be sent to your chosen URL instead of the default Clubmate confirmation screen.

🔒 Redirects apply to the member joining process only – not product purchases or bookings.

Edit Notes

We have added the function that allows users to edit a note on an anglersprofile. This allows users to amend incorrect notes or update existing notes rather than delete and add a new one.

In-app Member Cancel / Freeze Request

This feature allows members to request a cancellation or freeze of their active membership directly through the Clubmate app. This gives the member greater convenience while you retain full control through manual review and approval of each request.

💡 Important: This is a request only — not an automatic action. No membership will be cancelled or frozen until your team manually processes it.

Why Use This Feature?

Allowing cancellation and freeze requests can help you:

  • Reduce the number of calls and emails asking to cancel or freeze a membership

  • Maintain oversight — nothing is finalised without your approval

  • Log and track each request easily for auditing or follow-up
