You can now restrict access to individual products in your online shop by setting a promotional code. This means only members with the correct code will be able to view and purchase that product.

Package

This feature is available on the Advanced package and above.

πŸ”’ Promo codes apply to products only – not credits or bookable activities.

Why Use This Feature?

Adding a promo code to a product allows you to control who can see and purchase it in the online shop. This is useful if you want to:

  • Offer discounted or exclusive products to selected individuals

  • Hide a product from general availability

Only members with the correct promo code will be able to see and buy the product.

How to Set Up

  1. Go to the Settings menu (top right corner of the admin dashboard)

  2. Select Products from the dropdown list

  3. Create a new product or select an existing one to edit

  4. In the Basic Options tab, tick the box that says Requires promotional code

  5. A new field will appear – enter the promo code you want members to use

  6. Click Save Changes in the top right corner

Once this is done, the product will only be available to members who enter the correct promo code during the purchase process.

You can now share this code with whichever members you want to have access.

What Members Will See

When a member visits your online shop, they’ll be prompted to enter a promo code.

  • If they enter the correct code, the hidden product will appear and they can complete their purchase.

  • If they don’t have or enter the code, the product will remain hidden from view.

Things to Note

  • βœ… This applies to products only – not credits / bookable activities

  • βœ… Members must enter the promo code themselves during the purchase

  • βœ… Only one promo code can be applied per product

  • βœ… Promo codes are case-sensitive
