Send Messages Later: Scheduling Group or Individual Messages

Send emails or app notifications at a specific date and time — to individuals or groups — without needing to log in when it’s time to send.

This feature is available on the Advanced package and above.


Why Use This Feature?

Scheduling messages helps you communicate more effectively by allowing you to:

  • Send time-sensitive messages without being online

  • Plan campaigns and updates in advance

  • Deliver reminders or follow-ups at exactly the right time

Only the selected recipients will receive the message, at the exact date and time you choose.


How to Set Up

  1. Write your message (email or app notification) as normal
    👉 For individual messages, read this guide
    👉 For group messages, read this guide

  2. Tick the box labelled ‘Schedule Message’

  3. Pick your desired date from the calendar dropdown

  4. Choose the time from the time picker

  5. Click ‘Go’ to confirm – your message will be sent automatically to the selected recipient(s) at the chosen time

🕓 Anti-social hours restriction:
If you choose a time during restricted early morning or late-night hours, you’ll see an error. These times are blocked to ensure a better experience for your members.


What Members Will See

  • If you're sending an email, it will land in their inbox just like any normal message

  • If you're sending an app notification, it will appear in the Clubmate Member App as a push notification (if enabled)

  • Members won’t know the message was scheduled — it looks just like a standard message sent in real time
