Over the past few months, we've been making lots of user improvements to the Clubmate service, upgraded our internal infrastructure and we've added some new features too.

We've introduced the ability for you to allocate Resources for your bookings. Resources could be pegs, swims, boats or anything else you want to allocate when someone makes a booking.

For example, if you have 10 pegs on a lake and would like anglers to select which peg they wish to book, you can now do this. Anglers can view which resources are still available, self select a resource or you can allow auto-allocation. The resource is then recorded against the anglers booking. Admin users can manually override the resource allocation too.

You have the option to display an image to the angler before they select their resource. This could be a map of the venue, image a boat or maybe the viewpoint from that peg - the choice is yours.

Ever wondered who opened your last group email? Or which emails bounced? Well now you can find out via our bulk email report.

You can review each group email sent, who opened it and when, which links they clicked and also see which emails bounced.

You can access the report via Reports > Member Reports > Bulk Emails (remember to use the date filter to locate your message).

To help overcome incorrect angler data, we've introduced an address lookup tool which helps anglers enter their home address with the correct spelling and in the right format too.

Anglers only need to start typing their address and our lookup tool will locate it and populate the address for them. This feature is also available for admin users via a members profile (as shown below).

If you have experienced anglers purchasing a ticket via the online shop but not proceeding to select a date they wish to use the ticket on, then this one is for you.

It has been a long time coming but it is now possible to restrict 'bookings related products' so that they are only available when making a booking and not via a standalone purchase via the online shop.

There are two options to linking your bookings diary to your website. The first is by using a simple hyperlink to your dedicated bookings page. The second is by embedding our new Timetable widget. This allows anglers to view upcoming activities and availability without leaving your site.
