Prospects

A record is classed as a Prospect when they have created an account but have not gone any further.

Hot Prospects

A record becomes a Hot Prospect when they have created an account and have started the process of buying a membership but have not completed it.

Active Hot Prospect

A Hot Prospect becomes and Active Hot Prospect if their membership is still in their basket but the purchase hasn't been completed yet.

Customers

If someone has purchased a product but not a membership, they are known as a 'Customer'

Active

When a member holds a valid, active membership, their status will remain as Active until it expires or is cancelled.

Frozen

If an active member has their membership 'Frozen', they will retain the Frozen state until either their membership has been 'unfrozen' or it expires.

Inactive

Once an active membership expires or is cancelled, the record will typically be displayed as Inactive. However, if that profile has previously purchased a product as well, their status will show as Customer.

Expired

When a membership has expired, the record will show as 'Expired' until the renewal window has closed. Once the renewal window has closed, their state will change to Cancelled.

Cancelled

If a membership has been cancelled or if the expired membership has gone past the post renewal window, the record will show as Cancelled.
