By default, members cannot update their own photo after it has been initially uploaded.

However, you can choose to allow members to update their photo themselves and limit the number of changes they make per month.

To do this, go to Settings > Club Info > Members Area tab

On the right hand side, there are some options:

When the 'Member profile image change count' is is set as zero (which is the default), this means that members cannot update their photo.

If you would like to authorise members to update their photo up to once per month then change this to 1 (one). If you are happy for them to change it twice, add 2 (two) and so on.

If you want to allow members to update their photo for a fixed period of time only, you could temporarily change the count from 0 to 1 and then when you want to restrict them from making further changes, you can switch the count back from 1 to 0.
