If a member requires a replacement ID card you can choose to transfer the cost incurred to the member by setting up a purchasable product within Clubmate.

You would need to have "Owner" level admin access in Clubmate if you choose to do this.

From the admin dashboard go to "Settings" in the top right hand corner of the screen and choose "Products" from the dropdown list

On the Products screen click the "Add new product" option in the top right

Name your product and click the "Add" button

Copy the product name across to the "Till Name" field

Enter the price you would like to charge for the card in the "Price" field

Add "1000" in the "Stock Level" field

The "Available to purchase for" field should be set as either "Members only" this will allow members to access and purchase the replacement option through the "Access online shop" function in their member area as shown below

Please be aware if you allow members to purchase the replacement this way you will need to monitor sales regularly through the Reporting function, to request the replacement card with us.

Alternatively you can set the "Available to purchase for" field as "Till only" this means the member would need to get in touch with you directly to request a replacement, you can then process the payment against a stored card (once consent has been given by the member) or take payment via cash or cheque.

Once you've decided on how you'd like members to do this remember to click the "Save changes" button in the top right.
