Clubmate offers the facility to check in and check out anglers when they attend your fishery or club. This creates an attendance record which can be summarised, along with other anglers attendances into a report.
If using a mobile we'd recommend the Clubmate app for this.
Once an angler is checked in, they will remain checked in unless they are either manually checked out or they are automatically checked out. To enable and configure your automatic check out settings, see this article: Automatically checking an angler out
Checking an Angler in
Check ins can be done by a bailiff with ease by navigating to the bailiff dashboard then clicking the Search function in the bottom right.
From here select the "Members" list on the left hand side
On the Members list you can search using the anglers name or any identifying information that is stored in the database (vehicle registration, membership number, post code etc).
Type the search criteria in to the box and then click the Go! button.
This will bring up the search results for the angler. Click on the relevant profile.
Now click the "Check-In/Out" option to check the angler in.
Depending on your bailiffs availability you can either check the person out as they leave (if someone is regularly on site and able to manage this) or you can automatically check someone out after a defined period of time.
Visits report
To see which anglers attended your venue, go to Reports > Operational Reports > Visits.
This will break down who visited, when they arrived and when they were checked out.
If you want to see who checked the angler in, go to the anglers profile and view the audit trail. From there, you will be able to see which Bailiff or Admin user accessed the profile just before they are checked in.
