Once an angler is checked in they will remain checked in unless someone manually checks them out or the system automatically checks them out.

To configure Clubmate so that it automatically checks an angler, go to Settings > Club Info > Club Access tab.

Then add the maximum length of time you want to permit for each visit.

The maximum time you select will not impact the members visit in any way, however, if you tick the 'automatically end a users visit at the maximum visit length' it will automatically record them as 'checked out' after the maximum visit length has been met.

By automatically checking anglers out, it will remove the need for Bailiffs to do this manually and provide you with a Visits report detailing who has attended and when.

If you are using our Access Control entry systems, anglers will be able to check in and out themselves, providing you with more accurate attendance reporting.
