You may have noticed a few updates to Clubmate over the past few weeks. Here's a summary of whats been added to your subscription:

Following the introduction of custom tiles for the members area, we've now made it possible for you to choose who the tile is visible to.

So if you wish to display a tile that contains content that should only be visible to members, you can now change the visibility of that tile to 'Members only' and then non-members will no longer be able to see that tile. You can do the same for non-members too (or both).

It is now possible to allow members to update their own photo via the members area whilst also locking down how many times they change it per month. This helps members keep their photo up to date whilst also ensuring that the membership cannot be shared amongst more than one person.

If an activity does not have a fixed start/end time and generally lasts all day (eg, dawn to dusk), it is not possible to set the activity to an 'all day activity'.

The will remove the start time, end time and duration from being visible in the online booking calendar,

To make life a little easier, we've introduced a new Plan Summary which sits alongside each membership plan.

The summary updates in real time and provides a clearer view of what the plan is offering.

These unique URL's makes it easy to share direct links to specific membership plans, which could be shared via email, social or as a direct link on your website. When clicked, anglers will be directed to purchase that specific membership plan only.

You can find the unique plan URL link within the info tab of each membership plan.
