Once you've set up your Locations, Activities and Products (steps 1-3), you'll need to add the Guest Ticket activity to the diary, otherwise it will not be possible for members to book online.

This is really important. If you do NOT complete this step, it will not be possible for members to book a Guest Ticket online.

Here's how to do it:

Adding the Guest Ticket activity to the Diary

Select Diary from the menu on the left of the screen.

To add a Diary entry, click the button Add Diary Entry in the top right.

You will now be prompted to add the activity.

First of all choose when you'd like to make Guest Tickets available online from.

Click on the calendar icon, and then select the first date you wish to make your tickets available on.

And also set the time that the ticket is valid from (at the bottom).

Now select the activity you wish to add to the Calendar from the drop down box. This will be the Guest Ticket activity you previously set up in Step 2.

Now add the frequency for how often they Guest Tickets are available to buy online. In most case, this will be set to Daily (which means members can book on every day).

If you want to restrict the bookings to specific days of the week, we recommend setting the frequency to weekly and then selecting the relevant dates.

You also need to set a timeframe for your bookings. If you are open all year round, it is generally best to set the frequency to 'Never'.

If you have a fixed end date for your ticket bookings (eg, you know you are closing on 31st October for the winter) then enter that here.

NOTE: if there are a handful of future dates that you already know you want to blank out, it is quicker to include them in the schedule and then remove them individually than to create a schedule around them.

Once configured, click Add and your Guest Ticket activity will show in your diary and will be available for members to start booking online.

If you need any help or assistance, please do not hesitate to get in touch via the online chat button (bottom right).
