Latest release - product updates

This latest update included some major changes and improvements that spans memberships, bookings, communications, online portal customisation and a brand new feature we like to call 'on demand'. Oh and Castbooker is live too!

On-Demand *NEW FEATURE*

This new feature allows you to display your own content within the online portal. This could be anything from venue maps to match results or newsletters to 'how to guides', you are only limited by your creativity! You can create the content using text, images and/or videos and have the ability to restrict access based on membership plans and/or product purchases.

Customising the Online Portal

It is now possible to add custom content and messaging to various pages of the online portal. This includes the following - Members profile page, Bookings diary page & Welcome screen. You can also edit your 'about us', T&C's and privacy policy in the same way.

Bookings

  • Members and customers can now book more than one ticket per activity type. This needs to be configured via the Bookings tab in each individual Activity first.

  • You can now download the attendee list from the Diary Entry. Enabling you to print off a list of expected attendees before they arrive.

  • Each individual diary entry now has its own unique URL, making it easier to invite members, customer and prospects to that specific booking only. This is ideal for any one off events or matches.

  • Members and customers can now book on to an activity after it has begun. This removes the forced restriction of having to book before an activity has started.

Other enhancements

  • It is now possible to allow customers / members to be able to view the memberships and bookings pages before registering for an account. To enable this, make sure the 'Members area is for Members only' box is unticked. View the Members Area tab section of this help article if you'd like to enable this.

  • You can now reply directly to each message (woohoo!).

  • Membership plans can now be restricted so that they can only be purchased once by a member. Se Membership plans.

  • We have made some changes throughout the system to improve user experience. These include the introductions of Tabs within Club Info, Membership Plans and Activity settings.

Castbooker is live

  • Castbooker is now officially live.

  • It is completely free to add your listing and promote your venue online.

  • It is optional whether to sell tickets and/or memberships online.

Bailiff app

  • Mobile app providing restricted access to member data. Ideal for Bailiffs as it will provide only the basic information that a Bailiff needs to know - whether an angler is authorised to fish or not!

Member / customer app

  • Mobile app providing members & customers with direct access to their profile via their smart phone. Users will be able to update their details, purchase a membership and make bookings without the need to login every time.

Customer/member focussed help articles

  • To help arm you with the answers to the questions that your customers ask, we will be building out help articles specifically for customers & members.

Bigger long term projects

  • Xero integration

  • Zapier integration

  • Dedicated waiting list management

  • Simplified renewal process

  • Competition management tools
