Adding custom content & messaging to the portal

We have designed the online portal to cover most of your members and customers needs.

However, we appreciate that there may be occasions that you want to add some custom content to some of these pages, making it easier to get a specific message or display bespoke content directly.

These might be temporary messages such as warnings that a venue is closing for a few days or a new rule change has come in to force or the latest match results are now available.

Or they might be more permanent, such as adding more custom branding or maybe a sponsors logo on the screen.

You can customise the online portal to suit your organisation, be as creative as you like - you are only limited by your imagination!

How to customise the online portal

To customise the portal, got to Settings > Club info and then click on the Members Area tab.

You can then choose which page to Edit (or create a brand new landing page if you like).

For this example, we will add a custom message to the Member Area (the process is the same for all pages).

To edit, click on the text of the relevant page you want to edit.

This will now take you to a view of that page with the added ability to Edit.

Then click on 'Edit this page' to open up the editing tool.

As an example, we have decided to add a short message about clicking on the Make a Booking page to book a day ticket.

You can choose to add text, photos, videos and customise the formatting too.

Once you are happy with the content, you can now click Save and the content will be visible immediately for all of your members and customers to see when they next log in.

The same process applies to other pages too, such as the bookings diary and initial welcome screen.
