Forgotten your password? Don't worry, it's easy to fix.Β

Managing your Clubmate password is essential not only for resolving forgotten password issues but also ensuring continuous access and account security.

Its easy for your members to change their own passwords from their profile, although on occasions people forget what their password is to get logged in the first place.

Additionally, only members themselves can manage their passwords, as Clubmate Owners are restricted from accessing these functionalities for security and privacy reasons.

On the log in page to your club will be a Password reset Link

This link is used not only for resetting forgotten passwords but also plays a role during initial account setups.

The member needs to type in the email address that they need to send the reset link to & click Submit.

Note: The email address needs to be the email they have used on their profile.

If the email does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder and ensure the correct address is being used.

The member now needs to log in to their emails, locate the one called Confirm your account & click on the blue Link.

If you do not see the email, double-check spam or junk mail folders and ensure that your email provider is not blocking messages from Clubmate.

This will take them back to your club to reset their password.

When they click on Submit, it will take them to your clubs log in page where they can then log in with their new password.

Note: Staff, volunteers, and members follow the same process, but it's important to differentiate that Clubmate staff can manually reset passwords if necessary, whereas owners cannot.
