Clubmate integrates with Stripe a trusted, secure and market leading payment processing company, so that you can take once-off or recurring card payments.
To connect Clubmate with Stripe follow the step by step guidelines below:
Click on the Settings icon in top right hand corner of the screen, scroll down and select 'Integrations'
Find the Stripe tab and click on 'Connect with Stripe'
If you already have a Stripe account, you can log-in using your existing credentials. This will automatically sync your existing account with Clubmate.
If you don't have a Stripe account, you will be prompted to create one (see above). This is a really quick process however it will help if you have the following to hand:
Your email address
Club name
Club address & telephone number
Bank account details
A government-issued ID, such as a passport or driver's license.
Your clubs website URL (see here if you do not have a website https://support.stripe.com/questions/do-i-need-a-website-to-use-stripe)
Business Type
If you are a Limited company please select Limited company as your business type
If you are a Registered Charity, please select Non-Profit organisation as your business type
For all other organisations, please select Individual/Sole Trader as your business type. This includes Non-profit clubs who are not registered charities.
