Is Clubmate accessible on any device?

Yes! Clubmate has been designed to work across all devices that have an active network. There may be some features that work slightly better on a desktop rather than a mobile phone but we are working hard to fix that so that your experience is as seamless as possible however you access it.

Which browsers does Clubmate work on?

You will be pleased to know that as Clubmate is a cloud based application it can operate on most internet browsers.

Our recommended browser is Google Chrome as we have found it to be the most robust browser (plus we use this browser for performance testing!).  However Clubmate is supported across all modern browsers. If you are using outdated browsers such as Internet Explorer we'd recommend updating to avoid any issues.
