What can your staff or volunteers see and do in Clubmate

One of the many great benefits of using Clubmate is that you can provide access to important club & member information to all approved staff, volunteers & fellow committee members.Β

Naturally though, you may not want everyone to be able to access everything. For that reason we have created various User Access roles:

Owner

An Owner has access to all parts of the software without any restrictions. They can access Settings, Reporting and also customise their own dashboard.

Manager

Managers have full access to the members area, including the ability to send group messages, and to some operational reports. They are unable to access settings and financial reporting.

Staff

Staff have similar access to Owners however, they are unable to view Reporting or the Settings menu.

Bailiff

Bailiff access is restricted even further.

As with Staff, they are unable to view Reporting or Settings but they are also restricted from viewing the full member database and the diary. They can search and locate a members record but they are limited to the Member Quick View of the record only - they are unable to access the full profile. They can still process quick actions such as add photo, add membership, new booking and check in.
