If your members' card has not arrived within 10 business days, verify the member’s details (name, address, photo) and submit a missing/issue report using the replacement card form provided by Clubmate.
Always verify member details, including name, address, and photo, before submitting any requests to ensure accuracy and avoid delays.
If you are on the new David Miller design cards?
Please go to your reporting area - Member Reports & click on Membership ID card Report to re-issue cards.
Before re-issuing, verify the member’s details (e.g., address) are correct. Navigate to Reporting in the Clubmate system, set the date the card was originally ordered, and go to Members > ID Card Reporting to use the re-order option.
For staff-profile members, ID cards are not issued automatically. Club admins or owners must submit a manual ID card request on their behalf using the designated request form.
