Get email notifications when you receive a message within Clubmate.

To make sure you and other admin users never miss an inbound message from anglers in Clubmate, you can enable email notifications. This will alert you and other admin users to review and respond to the messages promptly.

Steps to Enable Email Notifications for Inbound Messages

  1. Access Club Info Settings:

    • Log in to your admin dashboard.

    • Select 'Club info' from the dropdown 'Settings' menu located in the top right-hand corner.

  2. Navigate to the Messaging Tab:

    • Once in the 'Club info' section, click on the 'Messaging' tab.

  3. Enable Notification for Managers and Owners:

    • Tick the box labelled 'Notify managers and owners of inbound message'. This will ensure that all Owner and Manager level admin users receive an email notification each time an inbound message is received.

  4. Save Your Changes:

    • Click on 'Save Changes' to complete the process.

By following these steps, you can ensure that all relevant admin users are promptly notified of any incoming messages, allowing for timely reviews and responses.
