As ever, we've been busy behind the scenes making your subscription with Clubmate even better!

We've been listening to your feedback whilst also refining Clubmate to make it easier for you to use.

Email forwarding and autoforwarding

It's now possible to forward emails to an external address. You can do this on an individual email basis or for all incoming emails.

Upgraded ID card process

We've spent the summer upgrading our internal ID card processes to increase speed of delivery, improve data quality and help our fulfilment team deliver a more scalable service to our ID card clients.

We will be communicating more information on how this service has been improved to our ID card clients over the next few weeks.

Tours, Tooltips & Checklists

To help improve your experience of using Clubmate, we're introducing some tours, tooltips and checklists which will automatically appear when using Clubmate.

These are designed to help provide you with a greater understanding of how to use Clubmate and enable to use more of the system and help save you more time.

Just look out for the blue Info icons (and click on them to learn more!).

Improved Notifications and tasks management

You can now choose which tasks and notifications are created automatically. You can also choose whether they should be set as a task automatically or created as a notification instead.

Staff Only Fields

If you need to record custom information on your members profile (for example, a key number) but do not wish for them to be able update it or even see the record themselves, you can now use our new 'Staff only' custom fields option.

App emulators

We've introduced an 'App emulator' for all user types. This allows you to see exactly what a member, bailiff or owner user can see when logged in via their app.

Hint: Using the emulators are a great way to preview what your members are seeing. So if you want to review any changes that you've made that will be visible in the members app (eg, membership plans, bookings, custom tiles etc.). , go straight to the emulator.

Other UX enhancements

  • Toggle between Member and Owner dashboard - new navigation button

  • Any new Push notifications are now highlighted when a member logs in to the app

  • It is now possible to add new products, activities, memberships from within each relevant setting.

  • New one touch 'Kiosk' check-in process

  • Improved membership purchase process (removing the potential for someone to add a membership even if the payment failed).
