Clubmate offers the option of setting the member's profile picture as a mandatory requirement, meaning members have to add a picture to be able to purchase a membership or to make a booking.
To implement this, log in to your admin dashboard and navigate to "Settings" in the top right and select the "Fishery Info" option from the dropdown menu
From here select the "Members area" tab
Now tick the "Profile Photo" option
This will now prompt anyone who doesn't have an existing profile picture to add one in order to continue when in the process of buying a membership or making a booking.
If you have rules on what types of photos are acceptable to the club?
You will need to set up an automated email to let them know when they sign up as a prospect & in this email outline what your requirements are.
