Downloading the app will make it even easier to check on memberships, bookings and keep your details up to date whilst on the go.
Additionally, the app provides access to your digital membership card if your club has these activated, making it convenient to manage your membership details anytime, anywhere.
Once downloaded, you will need to enter your existing email address and password in order to login for the first time.
After logging in, you can access your digital membership card (if your club has these activated) directly within the app, which is available to all members.
Accessing Your Digital Membership Card

Download the Clubmate App: Ensure you have the Clubmate app installed on your device.
Log In: Use the email address and password associated with your Clubmate profile to log in.
View Your Card: Once logged in, you can view your digital membership card directly within the app. This is available to all members, regardless of whether they have received a physical card.
If you cannot remember your password, click on the reset password link and follow the prompts.
If however you’d prefer to log in from a browser you can still do this, the functionality is exactly the same as the app, just go to the Clubmate link you have been given for your club or fishery through the website and sign in using your login credentials.
If you haven’t yet been added as a bailiff yet you’ll need to contact your club or fishery for them to arrange this firstly.
