At present, we are unable to auto-detect when a membership has been added to an admin users profile. We have plans to remedy this in the future but for now, if you are adding memberships to an Owner, Staff or Bailiff users profile, please let us know if they require a card to be sent.
You can submit their names individually or in a batch by completing the short form below.
IMPORTANT
Please ensure that the individuals name, address and photo is up to date. The user must also hold a valid membership in order to receive a card.
