When starting with Clubmate your club or fishery will probably want to send out an email explaining to your existing members what to do next.

The easiest way to do this is via a group message directly from Clubmate. If you're unsure on how to do this, please refer to our 'Sending a Group message' article or get in touch and we will show you.

The following is a basic template you can use to send to your members. All you need to do is copy the text and then paste in to your group message (keep the sections with brackets as these will automatically populate the anglers name and club name when the email is sent). You will need to add in your dedicated Clubmate link in the email too. See the following article on how to find this 'Dedicated Clubmate link'

Feel free to customise the message but try not to delete the links as these give your members/customers quick access to the relevant app stores.

[ClubName] will now be using Clubmate to manage memberships online.

You can register and log in to your profile via this link - INSERT YOUR DEDICATED CLUBMATE LINK HERE

When logging in for the first time please ensure you use the email address that you previously provided to the club. *hint - it's the one you have just received this email on.

You can update your contact details within your member account and when it comes to renewal, your membership payment can be made online. Please also remember to upload a profile photograph.

You can also manage your memberships, make bookings and keep your details up to date whilst on the go via the Clubmate app.

Once downloaded, you will need to enter your existing email address and password in order to login for the first time. If you cannot remember your password, click on the reset password link and follow the prompts.
