Using Clubmate admin users and bailiffs can easily add a note to a member or prospects profile. The note will only be visible to admin users and bailiffs. This can have a number of uses such as leaving a reminder or a warning message for rules broken.

To do this log in to your Clubmate profile -

From the dashboard navigate to the "Members" option on the left hand menu

From the member's screen search for the person using the search function -

Once you've located the right profile click on the search result -

Now click on the "Add Note or Message" option, here you can enter the subject and details of the note.

Once completed click "Send" in the bottom right corner. *this will NOT send the note to the angler. It will only remain visible against their profile internally.

The member quick view for the angler will now display the message for future bailiffs and admin users that log in to check on that person.
