Clubmate allows bailiffs to check bookings in real time using the bailiff app, on the bank. This means bailiffs can check on day or guest tickets without the attendee needing to produce a confirmation email or physical ticket.

When opening the Clubmate app, 7 days of events are displayed in the diary, these can be viewed by simply clicking here -

A box for each date will display the length of time the event occurs for -

what the event is -

and how many of the available spaces are taken on that date

For details on what persons are booked in for that event on that date click on the option to “View”. This will present you with the following screen

From here you can review which persons have booked.

You also have the option on this screen of messaging attendees for that date and event as a group, so if there an urgent communication needed for any reason this can be done from the app on the go.

Alternatively for dates outside of the 7-day date range, from the dashboard click on the menu on the top left and select “Diary” from the list.

If a member hasn’t included a profile picture you can either ask the person to log in and add a photo or click the add a photo option on the blank profile picture.

This will allow you either to choose a file (the member could send it across to upload) or to take a photo using the device’s camera.
