Setting up a Bailiff

Adding a bailiff for access to Clubmate fishing app

Written by Rob Harris

With the Clubmate Fishing app (log in with the same email address & Password as they registered with), it's easy for bailiffs to perform a search to check if an angler holds an active membership or ticket.

To enable them to do this bailiffs need to be added to the system first.

If they are being added as a user for the first time, please follow the steps below.

To add a bailiff or change their access

Log-in to Clubmate & go to your Owners Dashboard

If the person has not got a profile in your club software? You will need to add their profile in first via these steps - Add Staff

User access -

User access will automatically be set to Staff by default when first adding the person.

You can change this to bailiff by selecting from the drop down box in the top right.

If the person has already been set up as Staff you can change this to bailiff from the dropdown menu in the same way.

Then click Save Changes.

Bailiffs will receive an email with details on how to use Clubmate once they've been added, this can be found here Bailiff resources

If you have any bailiffs (new or existing) that maybe struggling & would benefit from additional Clubmate training,

we are holding sort 30 minuet live Bailiff training sessions on Clubmate starting on Wednesday evenings at 6pm

Ideal for training, if they have any questions or just need a refresher.

Send them this link or book them in via the link below:
