With the Member Quick vIew, you can access the key information you need to know such as member photo, membership status, upcoming bookings and recent notes without having to delve deeper in to the members profile.

To access the quick view, simply click on the members record in the member grid and their quick view will appear (example below). To access their full profile, you can click on the 'Members Profile' button in the bottom right.

Member Quick View also provides you with some quick action buttons allowing you to upload a members photo, add a note, send a message and process memberships, purchases and bookings straight from their quick view.

You can also choose to check a member in. This will record that members attendance at your venue, allowing you to keep track of which members are visiting your club and when (this is a great tool for bailiffs to record who they check on their rounds).
