Updating card details

How to update stored card details.

If you have had a new card in the past 12 months, or if your club has migrated from Stripe to Clubmate Pay, you will need to update your card details. This is especially important if a member is struggling to make a booking or buy a membership due to outdated payment information.

Log into your account for your club or fishery using the email address you used to register and then enter the relevant password. This will take you to your member dashboard.

Click on My Profile

Now click on Payment Details

Before adding a new card, ensure that any card stored with Stripe is removed to avoid conflicts during payment processing.

Now click on + Add card

And now you need to enter your new card details & click on Save Card
