You can choose whether you want to receive an email notification every time a member /customer makes a booking.

To enable/disable this, go to Settings > Club info > Diary/Booking tab. Then check the box to enable the notification to be sent.

If you assign an Instructor to a booking, they will receive the notification. If you do not assign an Instructor to the booking, all Owner users will receive the notification instead.

To disable the notification, uncheck the box.
