How to add On-Demand content
Click on the Settings icon in top right hand corner of the screen, scroll down and select 'Activities'
Click on the green Add New Activity button
Now add a title name for the On-Demand content you want to add (eg, Fishing Maps) and choose On-demand activity before clicking Add.
Similar to activities, you can now provide a description and also a relevant backdrop image for the main content tab (highly recommended)
Name - You can update the title name you previously created for the content here. Make sure you use a title name that is instantly recognisable (eg Fishing Maps).
Colour - This is only relevant if you are adding the content as a bookable activity in the diary as it will help you quickly identify specific activities in the diary.
Description - Again this is only relevant if you are adding the content as a bookable activity and will be displayed when a customer makes the booking (you can leave this section blank if you are displaying content only)
Member Area Link - If you'd like to share a direct link to this content type via your website, email or social media just copy the URL and share.
On-demand content
To add your content and configure whether it is publicly available or not, click the On Demand content tab.
To enable the content to be available to anyone with access to the online portal, check this box. If the box is not ticked, you will need to grant access to the content via Membership plans or Products.
To add a new page to display the content, click on +Add
And then give the page a name (eg, North Lake Map)
Now that the page has been created, you can add your content. You can do this by clicking on the name of the page.
This will then open a new page, allowing you to add your content.
Clicking the Edit button will allow you to start adding content, eg text, images, videos etc.
Once you have finished adding your content, click Save
Once you are happy with the content and want to publish it, go back to the page settings for the on demand content and click on Edit.
Then check the box and click Update so that the content is published.
To add more pages, repeat the above process.
