When an existing member logs in their online member account for the first time they must go through a verification process. This is a security measure that ensures that it is only possible for a member to access their own data.
Here is the simple process they should follow:
Step 1
Visit your clubs unique Clubmate URL eg, https://app.clubmate.co.uk/c/clubname
Step 2
Enter their email address.
Note - the existing member must add the same email address that is held in their profile in the database in order to access their existing profile.
Step 3
They will then be sent an email "Confirm your account" with a link inside.
They must click on the link which takes them back to clubmate to finish setting up their profile
You can check how many members have or have not been verified via Reporting - Member Reports - All verified Members or All non-verified members
