Members grid

Member photo upload restriction

As we continue to plan towards our bailiff & member app - we have implemented a restriction on members updating an existing photo via the member portal. Once the first photo has been added, members will no longer be able to change it themselves, they will need to contact the club. Admin users can still update photos.

Freeze membership

If your club offers recurring payment options, it is now possible to freeze memberships during the payment schedule.

Membership Cancellation

Bookings

We have made it possible for someone to book on to an activity after it has already started. Previously, if an activity (eg, Day Ticket) was set to start at 8am, an angler would have to book on before 8am. They are now able to book the activity at any time (as long as it hasn't ended).

Multisite access

For clubs and fisheries with multiple venues or access points, we have introduced the ability for Clubmate to grant access to multiple sites. Secure access control only.

In-product tours

As you navigate around Clubmate, you may start to notice that we have begun to introduce Product Tours. Product tours walk you through different features and functions and are designed to help you become more confident with using Clubmate (and hopefully help you extract more value too). Some tours will automatically start when you reach a part of Clubmate for the first time (just click the 'X' if you don't want to follow the tour). Others you will need to access from the relevant Help Centre article. We ask for some patience with the tours, it's a new tool we are using so may take us a short while to get them right. All feedback is welcome.

Up next - product roadmap

Online multi-person memberships - DONE

Make it possible for a member to add the details of an additional member for their chosen membership online (eg, a parent can add their child's details or a spouse could add their partners details)

Promotional Codes - DONE

Ability for club admins to generate promo codes for their members to use when purchasing memberships online. Useful for clubs who offer discounts due to work parties, concessions etc.

Member photo upload

We shall be changing the stage in which members are prompted to upload their photo. It is likely to be introduced before they make a payment.

Export reports in to Excel

Reports are currently only printable. We shall look to introduce the ability to download in to an excel spreadsheet as well

Waiting list management

For clubs who operate a waiting list, we will provide the ability for members to join your waiting list online. You will then be able to manage your waiting list from within Clubmate.

New member approval

For clubs who want more control over new members joining online, we are reviewing the potential for new membership applications to require approval by the club before processing.
