To cancel an existing active membership, navigate to the relevant members record and then follow these steps:

Click on the Memberships tab and then the Edit button

Click on the Options tab and then click on the Cancel Membership button.

You will once again be asked to re-confirm your request. Click Yes to proceed with cancelling the membership.

And thats it, the membership plan will now show as cancelled.
