A multi-person membership plan allows more than one person to join the club under the one membership (family member, spouse, carer etc.).

Multi-person memberships can be purchased by a 'lead member' (the person paying for it) via the members area or processed offline however it is currently only possible to 'link' the additional members to the plan from within the Admin Dashboard.

This article will go over how to link additional members to a multi-person plan. If you want to learn how to configure a membership plan so that it allows multi-members then check out - Membership PlansΒ

Once the lead member has purchased the membership online (or you have added it manually) you can now link additional members to it.Β

First you need to locate the Member record for the individual who is going to be linked to the lead members membership plan (eg, the partner / child / spouse / carer etc.)

Note: if the individual is not currently in the database, you will need to create a member record for them first. You will need their name as a minimum to create a member record.

Once you have located their record click on 'Add a Membership' under the Memberships tab.

In the next screen, you will now notice that a new option is available at the bottom 'Available Multi-Memberships Available' (you may need to scroll to the bottom of the screen).

The person you are looking to link them to should be listed with an option to 'Add'.Β

Now all is left to do is click on add to link them together πŸ”—

That's it done βœ…Β

The members are now linked.
