1. Log in at yourclub.co.uk/wp-admin.
2. Go to Appearance, then Menus.
3. In the menu structure on the right, click the small arrow on the item you want to remove.
4. Click the red Remove link.
5. Click Save Menu.
This only removes the menu entry. The page itself still exists and anyone with the link can reach it. If the page should go entirely, also head to Pages, hover over it and click Trash.
