1. Log in at yourclub.co.uk/wp-admin.
2. Go to Pages, then Add New.
3. Give the page its title, for example Gallery or Presentation Night 2026.
4. Click Edit with Elementor.
5. Click the grid icon at the top of the panel to open the widget list, then drag the Basic Gallery widget onto the blank page.
6. Click Add Images, choose or upload your photos, and insert them.
7. Click the green Publish button (bottom of the panel, or top right on newer editors).
8. Finally, add the new page to your menu so people can find it: Appearance, Menus, tick the page, Add to Menu, drag it into position, Save Menu. If you already have a Gallery item in the menu, drag the new page slightly right beneath it to make it a dropdown entry.
This is the pattern for an archive that grows: one page per event or season, all tucked under a single Gallery item in the menu.
