Creating a new page for a Gallery
First of all hover over New and then click Page in the Admin menu bar.
This will create a generic new page ready for you to insert your Gallery.
Now give your page a title. This is what will be displayed at the top of this page and in your menu so make sure it is very clear what gallery you are displaying (we'd also recommend keeping it relatively short eg, AGM December 2016 or Over 20's club etc.)
Once you've added your title, now click on Add Template
And select the pre-configured Gallery Template. You can do this by clicking on the plus symbol to the right of the chosen template 👇
A Text Block will now be displayed with some dummy text. Hover over the dummy text and click on the Pencil Edit icon.
The Text Block will now open. You need to delete the dummy text first and then click Add Gallery.
This will now display all of your available Envira Galleries. Select the Gallery you wish to add to the page first.
If you would like the title of the gallery to appear on your page then you will need to select this from the dropdown list on the right (we recommend selecting Heading 2 👍)
Then click the Insert button in the bottom right.
The Text Block should now look something like this:
When ready click Save changes and your gallery will have been added to the page.
You can now preview how the page will look. Hit Preview Changes in the top right and a new window will open.
If you are happy with how the page looks then go back and click Publish. If not then, go back to the page and make the necessary amendments.
