If you get stuck or have any questions - the quickest way to get in touch is by logging in to your Owners, Staff, Bailiff dashboard. In the bottom right is a green bubble. Clicking on the help icon in the bottom right (like this one 👇)
And click on send us a message support option
Type your message with as much detail as you can. If its in relation to a member? Please include their name. If its an activity? Let us know what the activity is called. If its a membership type, let us know what the membership plan is called & if its about an email? let us know what the email is about & what title you gave it in the subject. This all helps us narrow down any issues & help you faster.
