SMS, or short message service, is a form of communication that allows you to send short text messages to mobile devices. It's popular due to its high open rates and quick delivery. In fact, studies have shown that SMS has an open rate of 98%, making it one of the most effective ways to reach your audience.

Step 1:
Click on the 'Settings' icon located in the top right corner of your screen. Scroll down and select 'Integrations'.

Step 2:
In the 'Automated SMS' tab, click on the green 'Turn on SMS' button.

Step 3:

Click on the 'Settings' button.

Step 4:

Here you can personalise the short code (the name displayed with the text message to the

recipient) to personalise this you can override the field with a maximum of 11 characters.

Step 5:

Finally you'll need to select an SMS subscription bundle (if you haven't already), you can do this by clicking on the 'Setup your SMS subscription' button.

Important: To activate and use the SMS feature, you must complete both the SMS integration setup and subscribe to an SMS bundle. Both steps are required for SMS to function correctly. Without an active subscription and completed integration, SMS messages will not be sent once any free credits have been used.
