Updating staff and volunteer access rights

It's important to maintain who should and who shouldn't have to access to your Clubmate account. Should an existing User move on from your organisation, you should remove access immediately.Β 

Deleting a User

Log-in to Clubmate.

Click on the Settings icon in top right hand corner of the screen, scroll down and select 'Staff'Β 

Scroll down to the User you wish to amend and click the blue Edit box on the right.

You can then remove access by click the Delete Member button in the top right

You will be asked to re-confirm you request.

In some instances, a User may stay on at your club as a member. Rather than delete their record entirely, you can easily downgrade their User access to Member status - this ensures they keep the same log-in credentials.Β 

You can do this by clicking on the drop down box and selecting Member.

Remember to click Save changes!
