Access Control

​Access Control varies depending on the business requirements, from a simple tap or swipe at reception when a member arrives, to a 24 hour gated facility - Clubmate can manage who is or isn't authorised to have access, depending on membership status.

In order to link your chosen turnstiles or access control gate with Clubmate, you must use hardware supplied by one of our approved hardware suppliers & installers. 

Although we work on a case by case basis, there are some minimum requirements you will need to bear in mind:   

💡 You will need power
📶 You will need a strong internet connection
📺 You will need a dedicated Windows PC
