Member Groups
Grouping members together is really useful when sending bulk communications to specific member groups within your club. It's also great when segregating members for reporting.ย
We understand that clubs have different reasons for grouping their members together so we've designed it with flexibility in mind.
Whether you want to group members by ability, by activity or even communication preferences - the option is really down to you. And it's really easy to set up:
And here's how ๐:
Click on the Settings icon in top right hand corner of the screen, scroll down and select 'Member Groups'ย
To add a new Member Group, click on 'Add new group' green button.
Now give your new Member Group a name and click Add:
After clickin Add, thats it! Just click Save and your done.
You can now add members to the group via the member's profile, there'll be a tick box available under the 'Profile' tab.
You can filter the member list using the 'Group' dropdown list to limit the list to members who are assigned to the member group you select.
