To ensure that reports pull the correct data, nominal codes must be configured in two places:
Assign Nominal Codes in Membership Plans - Navigate to the Membership Plans section. - Assign the appropriate nominal code to each plan.
Create Matching Nominal Codes in Settings - Go to the Settings section and locate the Nominal Codes configuration. - Create the same nominal codes as those assigned in Membership Plans.
Important: The names and codes must match exactly between Membership Plans and Settings for the reporting functionality to work correctly.
