Clubmate is migrating our older websites to our tried & tested hosting service & once all the old hosted sites are moved we shall be switching off the old service 1st October 2026.
We recently emailed out about moving your website hosting to a new host, This email was sent from onboarding@clubmate.co.uk by Babs who works for Clubmate Support.
For those concerned about the validity of this email?
Yes it is a genuine email sent by Clubmate.
There are 2 parts to a website:
-The domain that Clubmate does not own, YOU do (that we do not have access to)
-The Hosting is what Clubmate provides (that we do have access to)
We need to point your domain to the new hosting

What to do now?
Please reply back to onboarding@clubmate.co.uk with the details requested about your domains username & Password.
If you are not sure who your domain is with? Please use Whois.com to look this up & send us the correct log in details
Babs will reach out to arrange further communication & a time when we do the actual switch over.
