Clubmate is moving our older websites to our tried & tested hosting service & once all the old hosted sites are moved we shall be switching off the old service 1st October 2026.

Yes it is a genuine email sent by Clubmate.
There are 2 parts to a website:
-The domain (that we do not have access to)
-The Hosting (that we do have access to)
We need to point your domain to the new hosting

Please reply back to onboarding@clubmate.co.uk with the details requested about your domains username & Password.
