Clubmate don't use our share the data in any way, but any of your staff members could retrieve members personal details and use them.
From a legal definition perspective Clubmate is the Data Handler, you the club are the Data Controller and the liability is on the club to provide it's own GDPR and privacy policy to members the same as if you weren't on our platform and your membership was held on a spreadsheet point of view.
From a platform security point of view Clubmate have strict external testing and self assessments regularly and Clubmate Pay payment portal holds the same certification as high street banks & FCA regulated.
If your club does not have its own Privacy policy? You can search online & use one of the many free templates & edit to suit your club.
Once you have a privacy policy? Please contact us via the Green bubble on your owners dashboard (bottom right) & send us the file for us to add to your software.
