How does the form collect data?
The form collects submitted data from your members & depending on settings:
- Emails the club a submission notification
- Emails can include a PDF of the submission
- Back fills a Google sheet with all submissions & this link is given to the club to view once the club has checked the newly set up form is ready to be used.

Can i share the data with our members?
Due to GDPR we never advise our clients to give access to the google sheet data to anyone outside of your committee, the form also collects personal data from members devices, their name, email address or more if its on the form.
Normally clubs will look at the data & use it to generate newsletters, updates to members etc.
