Customising the Homepage Design
Header Image (Advanced or Unlimited package only)
Select a header image to display at the top of your member app. This is a great opportunity to showcase your facility or create an aspirational first impression. Choose a high-quality landscape image that represents your club's atmosphere.
Scan Background Image (Advanced or Unlimited package only)
This image appears behind the "Tap to scan in" tile in the member area, or on the digital membership card if your club uses this feature. You can select an image or leave it blank for a cleaner look.
Welcome Message (Advanced or Unlimited package only)
Add a personalised greeting that appears in the hero section below the header. Keep it friendly and on-brand, such as "Welcome to [Club Name]" or "Ready to smash your personal best?"
Notification Banner (Advanced or Unlimited package only)
The notification banner appears prominently at the top of the member area and is perfect for time-sensitive messages. Use it to promote special offers, announce facility updates, or share important information. For example: "Use code NEWSEASON for winter season membership" or "Lake maintenance 15-17 Jan".
Keep your message concise and update it regularly to keep content fresh.
Brand Colours
Personalise the colours used throughout your member app, including text, backgrounds and buttons. Choose colours that align with your brand identity while ensuring good contrast for readability.
Setting Up Custom Tiles (Advanced or Unlimited package only)
Tiles are the clickable options members see on their homepage, guiding them to key journeys like joining, booking classes or viewing their membership details.
Click on the Custom Tiles tab to configure these.
Note: Custom tile editing, adding and reordering is only available to Advanced or Unlimited package customers.
Legacy & Plus package users will see a default tile layout.
Adding and Editing Tiles
To add a new tile, click + Add Tile. To modify an existing tile, click the Edit button next to it.When editing a tile, you can configure the following:
Tile Name – Choose clear, action-oriented wording that tells members exactly what the tile does. For example, "Book a Class", "Join the Gym" or "View Timetable". Avoid vague names that might confuse members.
Destination – Select where the tile takes members when clicked. Ensure this matches your tile name – if your tile is called "Join the club", the destination should be "Start a Membership", not "Book a day ticket".
Display Type – Choose how the tile appears:
Icon – A simple icon with text label
Image and Text – A lifestyle image with text overlay (recommended for key actions
Text only – Simple text button
Tile Image – If using Image and Text display type, upload an eye-catching image that represents the action. Use high-quality photos of your facility, classes or members or stock images.
Image size: 500px X 500px works best
Enable/Disable – Use the slider to turn the tile on or off. The tile will show "Tile is Enabled" when active.
Click Save Tile when you're finished.
Arranging Tile Order
Drag and drop tiles to reorder them by clicking the six dots on the left of each tile. Place your most important calls to action at the top – if driving new memberships is your priority, put "Join the club" first. If you want to encourage bookings, lead with "Book a day ticket".
Tile Size
Choose the tile size from the dropdown menu. Large is recommended when using Image and Text display type as it gives images room to breathe and creates more visual impact. Smaller sizes work well for icon-based tiles or when you have many options to display.
Using Quick Start Templates
If you'd prefer a faster setup, browse our pre-built templates by clicking Browse Templates under the Quick Start option. Select a template that suits your club and customise it from there.Top Tips
Mobile first – Most members will access the app on their phones, so always check the mobile preview before saving changes
Keep it simple – Don't overwhelm members with too many tiles; focus on the key actions you want them to take
Use quality images – Blurry or poorly lit photos reflect badly on your club; invest in good imagery
Review regularly – Update your notification banner and tiles seasonally to keep content fresh and relevant
Test the journey – After making changes, log in as a member to experience the app from their perspective
