Member-Initiated Cancellation & Freeze Requests

We’ve strengthened our email delivery system to protect deliverability for all clients.
Two Email Types
Club Communication: Essential messages (receipts, confirmations, membership updates).
→ Sent automatically to active, frozen, or renewable-expired members.
Marketing Mailing: Newsletters, promotions, events.
→ Only sent to members who’ve given consent.
What You Need to Do
The first time you send a message, you’ll be asked to accept our updated email guidelines.
Owners must set marketing consent options if not already configured.
You’ll see exactly how many members will receive any group message before sending.
Better Member Protection
If a member marks emails as spam or their address repeatedly bounces, the system will limit what they receive and warn you before sending.
