Default ID card layout

When we issue an ID card, we will automatically print the following details on the front of the card:

  • Club name

  • Club logo

  • Members name

  • Members photo

  • Membership number

  • Membership plan name

  • Expiry date

  • Associated Membership bolt-ons

  • QR code (enabling bailiffs to scan anglers in)

You can also add up to 8 x custom lines of text on the front of the card as well.

You cannot customise the reverse of the card.

Adding/editing custom text on your ID card template

To add/edit your text, go to Settings > Integrations > Membership Cards and click configure.

You can then update each custom field with your relevant text. For example, you can add contact details, gate codes, rules etc.

Custom fields 1 -4 are limited to a maximum of 40 characters.

Custom fields 5 - 8 are limited to 24 characters.

Once you have added your custom text, click Save and then all cards will now be printed with your custom fields included. See example below.

IMPORTANT: We will print exactly what you type so please triple check for spelling and grammar before clicking save.

You can change the ID card template at any time and it will immediately take effect.

Making photos optional

As default, there must be a photo uploaded in the members profile in order for the card to be issued. If there is no photo, the card will not activate and will not be sent to print.

If preferred, you can make the photo an optional requirement. When it is optional, we will print a members photo if they have one and a default silhouette image if their own photo has not been uploaded (as shown in the above image).

To configure this, go to Settings > Integrations > Membership Card and click on the Advanced Settings tab. From here you can untick the box labelled 'Make profile photo mandatory'.

If you change your mind, re-check the box and photos will become mandatory again.
