Below we shall cover and trouble shoot the most common logging in issues your members may encounter, from Account not found, incorrect email addresses to password reset.
First thing to check is the email address the member trying to use?
Is it the same as the one on their profile? Are they trying to use one thats different? or has a typo in it?
To check this, navigate to the members profile, on Profile tab check the email address.
If the email is incorrect, you can edit it here, save changes & ask the member to log in again.
Next thing to check is has the member completed their account verification?
All members will have been sent a "Confirm your account" email when they first registered & should have clicked on that to complete their account being set up.
This is how you can check if the member has or has not yet verified their account.
Navigate to the members profile and look in the bottom right corner.
Green means they are fully verified
Oasis means they have not yet verified
Red means they have an email address that isn't working or no email
If they have not yet verified? The member will need to find and click on the link in the email they were sent to complete the process.
Passwords
Its easy for members to change their own passwords from their profile, although on occasions people forget what their password is to get logged in the first place.
On the log in page to your club will be a Password reset Link
The member needs to type in the email address that they need to send the reset link to & click Submit.
Note: The email address needs to be the email they have used on their profile
The member now needs to log in to their emails, locate the one called Confirm your account & click on the blue Link.
This will take them back to your club to reset their password.
When they click on Submit, it will take them to your clubs log in page where they can then log in with their new password.
Note: If the member said they have not had the password reset email? Please ask them to check their spam folders.
If they do not see the reset email anywhere, please contact us in support with the members name so we can do a manual password reset as you can not do this your selves.
